Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"WebCarSolutions" ("we", "us"): the provider of the SaaS platform at webcarsolutions.be. "Client" ("you"): any person or entity creating an account or using our services. "Platform": the software and services offered by WebCarSolutions.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of the platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

WebCarSolutions offers a SaaS platform for inventory, website, leads and billing management for car dealers. Target availability: 99.5%%.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Prices are as listed on our website. Billing is monthly or annual, prepaid. Payment is due within 14 days. Late payment may result in suspension.

5. Intellectual property

The platform is the property of WebCarSolutions. The client retains ownership of their data (vehicles, photos, customer data).

6. Liability

WebCarSolutions is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

8. Privacy

Data processing complies with our privacy policy and the GDPR.

9. Force majeure

WebCarSolutions is not liable for failures due to force majeure (hosting outages, internet issues, power failures, government measures).

10. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
